My kitten is about 4 months old. Every morning lately she will wake me by licking my face constantly over and over again. It’s cute, but gets annoying after a while when I’m trying to sleep. When I push her away or put her down on the floor she’ll just get up and just keep doing it. Then I will hide my face under the blankets and such and she’ll still try to find a way to get to my face to lick it. She always succeeds. She will NEVER go away unless I manage to fall asleep again while she is licking my face. Then when ever I go to sit or lay down she does it all over again! Why is this.? Does it mean anything? I doubt she wants something to eat or petting or anything because I’ve tried that she just keeps wanting to lick my face. I have thought maybe it’s because I always give her kisses, and I mean ALWAYS. maybe she caught on? But does anyone have any clue on why?
