my kittens keep licking each other in the genital region and one has a rash. What can i put on the rash?

I am fostering these kittens and they dont have their mom. I will take them to the vet but I was wondering if I could do something at home first. I need something that will sooth the rash and not hurt the other kitten if he keeps licking it but discourage it.

For now it is best to either separate the cats or keep a close eye on them. Bathe the wound with warm water and dry off the area afterwards. The kittens may have worms which are irritating their backends.
